Nomination Methods and Conditions for the Award
Nominations for the award can be made in two ways:
• Nomination by the General Secretariat of the award, in accordance with the award's terms and conditions.
• Direct submission by entities or individuals must be in accordance with the following conditions:
Application Conditions:
Applications and nominations are open to individuals, groups, governmental and non-governmental institutions, and international organizations based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They must provide justification and evidence for their nomination, and accept the Center's rights to publish their submissions, whether submitted in written documents, video, or other publication media.
1. Submissions must be made through the award's website.
2. Residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are eligible to apply for the award, provided that the initiative benefits Saudi society.
3. Nominees may be legal or natural persons, provided that nominations are for living natural persons.
4. Those who previously applied for the award but were unsuccessful in previous cycles are eligible to resubmit their submissions if the conditions and procedures for the current cycle of the award are met.
5. Government agencies, civil society organizations, the private sector, and international non-profit organizations are entitled to nominate anyone they deem appropriate for the award, subject to their approval.
6. Previous winners of the individual category are entitled to nominate anyone they deem appropriate in the same category.
7. Previous winners of any category are not eligible to apply for the award again unless the applicant is part of a group.
8. The Center, the General Secretariat of the Award, or any member of its committees are not eligible to nominate candidates for the award.
9. No studies or theses prepared for academic degrees are accepted unless they are published works.
10. All submissions must be submitted in PDF format, filmed material, or any other media accepted by the General Secretariat of the Award.
11. Cultural, scientific, and charitable organizations are entitled to nominate anyone they deem appropriate in this field.
12. All requirements must be submitted before the deadline.
